Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Hom Network, Inc. (“Hom,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information through HOMGIRL, the Hom Platform mobile app for iOS and Android, and our websites (“Services”). The Services include Library and magazine reading, Closet collections, Fitting Room, and creative tools.

This Privacy Policy is provided in conjunction with our Terms of Service (the “Terms”), which governs your access to the Website and use of the Services. By accepting the Terms, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information that alone or in combination identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.

To permanently delete your account and associated data, see Account deletion and retention. For help or a privacy request, contact Juan Campillo at kampiyojp@gmail.com or visit Support. Additional regional privacy rights are described below.

Information We Collect

When you use Hom, we may collect the following types of information:

Personal Information You Provide

We collect account information such as your name, email address, user identifier, and authentication information. We also collect your phone number if you choose a phone-based sign-in option or provide it to us, and a profile image if you add one. When you contact support or send feedback, we receive your message, contact details, and any attachments you choose to include.

Automatically Collected Information

We collect app and website activity, including visits, reading and playback activity, interactions with tools, and account events. This may include IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device or installation identifiers, browser, device model, operating system, and app version. Notification delivery uses a device notification token associated with your account. Approximate IP-based location is different from precise GPS location.

Content and Creative Activity

We store the content you choose to upload, import, create, save, or share: photos, videos, audio files, documents such as PDFs, magazine content, Closet collections, Fitting Room arrangements, text prompts, and generated results. Searches and source links may be retained with saved content. Optional uploads are used to provide the features you request.

How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account, authenticate access, and synchronize your content across devices.
  • Provide magazine reading, collections, creative tools, search, sharing, and requested AI generation.
  • Understand use of the Services, diagnose problems, and improve and personalize the experience.
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Deliver account messages, verification codes, notifications, and updates you request. Promotional communications, where offered, have their own consent and unsubscribe choices.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of our users, Hom, or third parties.
  • To prevent fraud, illegal activity, or misuses of our Services, and to protect the security of our systems and Services.

How We Share Your Information

The mobile app does not display advertising. We do not sell your personal information or provide it to Meta, Google, or other companies for targeted advertising or cross-company advertising measurement. We do use external services to operate Hom, as described below.

When You Choose to Share

If you publish or share a magazine, collection, link, or other content, the people who receive access may see that content and the profile information shown with it. Opening external links or media players connects you to the relevant third-party service, whose own privacy policy applies to its processing.

With Service Providers

Providers process information needed to host and secure the Services, store content, deliver messages and notifications, provide analytics, and carry out requested creative functions. These include cloud infrastructure providers such as Amazon Web Services, PostHog for analytics, Google/Firebase for notification delivery, and messaging services such as Twilio. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including the United States.

Sign-In and Connected Services

If you choose Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in, we receive the account identifier and profile information that the provider makes available, such as your name and email address. Connected import, search, and media services process the requests you choose to make. These integrations serve app functionality; using a sign-in provider does not mean Hom sends your activity to it for advertising.

AI Features

When you use AI generation or editing, your instructions and relevant reference images or selected content are sent through our servers to the AI services used for that request. Our generation integrations include Google Vertex AI and OpenAI. We store the request and results needed to provide your creative workflow. Do not include information you do not want processed by these services. Their processing and retention are also subject to the applicable provider terms.

As Required by Law

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a legal request.

In the Event of a Business Transfer

If Hom is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Analytics and Website Technologies

Our websites use cookies, local storage, and analytics tools for sessions, preferences, and understanding visits and interactions. The mobile app uses analytics software and local storage for similar purposes. Analytics can be linked to your account when you sign in, including your name, email address, and user identifier, and can connect your use of Hom on the web and in the mobile app.

Further information about Cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set on your computer or mobile device and how to manage and delete them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

PostHog and Website Communications

PostHog processes activity and device information to help us understand and improve the Services. Public website pages also load a Klaviyo integration, which may process website interactions and information submitted through connected forms. Klaviyo is not embedded as an SDK in the mobile app. These website technologies may operate even when no email campaign is being sent. You can learn more in the PostHog privacy policy and Klaviyo privacy notice.

Account Deactivation and Data Retention

Deactivation disables your account and ends active sign-in sessions. It does not permanently erase your account information or associated content. Older mobile versions label this control “Delete account,” although it only deactivates access. Permanent deletion is available through the support request described below.

Account information, uploaded and created content, saved collections, and associated records remain stored after deactivation. There is currently no scheduled permanent removal of those records as a result of deactivation. Deactivation also does not automatically remove information already processed by our service providers.

You can request deactivation without signing in by emailing kampiyojp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Include “Hom Platform account deactivation” in the subject. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Never send your password or a verification code.

Account Deletion and Retention

You can request permanent deletion of your Hom Platform / HOMGIRL account and associated data by emailing kampiyojp@gmail.com with the subject “Hom Platform account deletion.” State that you want your account and associated data permanently deleted. Full instructions are available at Support — account deletion, without signing in or installing the app.

Use the email associated with your account when possible. If you signed up with a phone number or cannot access that email, contact us for help verifying ownership. Never send passwords or verification codes. We verify ownership, communicate the expected completion time, process requests manually as soon as reasonably possible, and confirm completion.

Deletion covers your account and profile information, authentication records and sessions, uploaded and created content, magazines, Closet collections, Fitting Room arrangements, and associated personal activity records. We also request deletion of associated data processed by our service providers. Deactivation alone does not start this deletion process.

We may retain limited information only when needed for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations. If such an exception applies, we explain which records are retained, the reason, and the applicable retention period. Copies independently saved by other users or services outside our control are not removed by deleting your Hom account.

Your Choices

You have certain rights and choices regarding your information:

Access and Update

You may request access to or updates of your Personal Information by contacting us at kampiyojp@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

SMS / Text Messages

If you provide your mobile number and expressly opt in, we send recurring automated text messages about new Hom issues and related updates. SMS marketing opt-in is separate and affirmative — we do not enroll you in marketing text messages without your consent, and consent is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and is shared only with our messaging provider (e.g., Twilio) as needed to transmit them.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications (for text messages, reply STOP) or contacting us directly. Please allow up to ten (10) days for us to process your request. Please note, if you opt not to receive marketing emails from us, you may still receive “transactional” email messages regarding your use of the Services.

Disabling Cookies

Most browsers automatically accept Cookies. You can disable this function by changing your browser settings but disabling Cookies may impact your use and enjoyment of the Services. You cannot disable all Cookies, such as Cookies that are essential to the functioning of the Services. You can manually delete persistent Cookies, or Cookies that track your activity across websites, through your browser settings.

Do Not Track

Some web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) or similar feature that signals to websites that a user does not want to have the user’s online activity and behavior tracked. If a website that responds to a particular DNT signal receives the DNT signal, the browser can block that website from collecting certain information about that browser’s user. Not all browsers offer a DNT option and DNT signals are not yet uniform. For this reason, the Services may not respond to DNT signals.

Leaving Our Services and/or Linking To Third Parties

When you leave our Services and go to another linked website, we are not responsible for the content or availability of the linked website. Please be advised that we do not represent either the third party or you, if you enter into a transaction on the third-party site. Further, the privacy and security policies of the linked site may differ from ours. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their websites, features or policies. Please read their privacy policies before you submit any data to them

Data Security

We use HTTPS to protect information in transit and access controls to help protect stored information. However, no security system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

De-Identified / Aggregated Data

We may aggregate or de-identify Personal Information we collect through our Services and when operating our business so that it no longer identifies you. For example, we may aggregate Personal Information to calculate the percentage of users in a particular zip code. Once information or data has been de-identified and/or aggregated, such information is no longer Personal Information. This means we may share it with third parties and may use this de-identified / aggregated data for our legitimate business purposes, such as for the purposes described above, to analyze the way our Services are being used, to improve and add features to them, and to conduct research. We will maintain and use de-identified information in de-identified form and not attempt to reidentify the information, unless required by law.

Children's Privacy

Hom is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us at kampiyojp@gmail.com.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the rights outlined in this section, and in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended. Please see the “Exercising Your Rights” sub-section below for instructions regarding how to exercise these rights. If there are any conflicts between this section and any other provision of this Privacy Policy and you are a California resident, the portion that is more protective of your Personal Information shall control. If you have any questions about this section or whether any of the following applies to you, please contact us at kampiyojp@gmail.com.

Right to Access

You have the right to request certain information about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past twelve (12) months. Assuming verification of your identity, we will provide you with the following information:

  • The categories of Personal Information that we have collected about you.
  • The categories of sources from which that Personal Information was collected.
  • The business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing your Personal Information.
  • The categories of third-parties with whom we have shared your Personal Information.
  • The specific pieces of Personal Information that we have collected about you.

If we have disclosed your Personal Information for a business purpose over the past twelve (12) months, we will identify the categories of Personal Information shared with each category of third-party recipient.

If we have sold your Personal Information over the past twelve (12) months, we will identify the categories of Personal Information purchased by each category of third-party recipient.

Right to Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Information that we have collected from you (or your household). Note that this deletion right does not include Personal Information we have collected from third-party sources. Furthermore, under the CCPA, this deletion right is subject to certain exceptions: for example, we may need to retain your Personal Information to provide you with services or complete a transaction or other action you have requested. If your deletion request is subject to one of these exceptions, we may deny your deletion request.

Exercising Right To Access and/or Right to Deletion

If you are a California resident, and to exercise the rights described above, you (or someone acting under your express authorization) must send us a request that (a) provides sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom we have collected Personal Information, and (b) describes your request in sufficient detail to allow us to understand, evaluate, and respond to it. If someone is submitting a request on your behalf, they must further (c) provide proof that they are authorized to act for you in this regard. In some cases, we may request additional information (such as your phone number or email address) in order to verify your request. If we cannot verify your identity, we will be unable to process your request to know/access, correct or delete.

Each request that meets both of these criteria will be considered a “Valid Request”. We may not respond to requests that do not meet these criteria. We will only use Personal Information provided in a Valid Request to verify you and complete your request. You do not need an account to submit a Valid Request.

We will work to respond to your Valid Request within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we are not able to respond to your request within forty-five (45) days, we will let you know that we may need additional time to respond, up to ninety (90) total days. We will not charge you a fee for making a Valid Request unless your Valid Request(s) is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that your Valid Request warrants a fee, we will notify you of the fee and explain that decision before completing your request.

Right to Opt-Out of “Sale” or “Sharing” of Personal Information

The CCPA defines “sale” to include sharing or disclosing of Personal Information with a third-party for monetary or other valuable consideration. The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) further defines “sharing” as disclosing, making available, transferring, or communicating a consumer’s Personal Information to a third party for “cross-context behavioral advertising”, whether or not for monetary or other valuable consideration.

There are circumstances where disclosure of Personal Information with third-parties is not considered to be a sale. For example, we may disclose Personal Information with service providers who work on our behalf if the service provider agrees not to use that Personal Information for other purposes. In addition, you may intentionally direct us to disclose information to a third-party, which is also not a sale.

The CCPA gives California residents the right to direct a business that sells or shares Personal Information about that consumer to third-parties not to sell or share such information. To this end, if you desire to opt out, please send an email to: kampiyojp@gmail.com with the subject line “California Do Not Sell Request” as well as the name and email associated with the Personal Information.

Once you have submitted an opt-out request, we will not ask you to reauthorize the sale or sharing of your Personal Information for at least twelve (12) months. However, you may change your mind and opt back in to Personal Information sales at any time by emailing us at: kampiyojp@gmail.com.

Right to Correct Inaccurate Personal Information

The CCPA provides California residents with the right to request the correction of inaccurate Personal Information kept by businesses. Upon submission of a valid request by a California resident, and verification by us of the same, we shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct inaccurate Personal Information identified by you.

No Discrimination For Exercising Your Rights

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. We will not deny you our goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, or provide you a lower quality of goods and services if you exercise your rights under the CCPA. However, we may offer different tiers of our services as allowed by applicable data privacy laws (including the CCPA) with varying prices, rates, or levels of quality of the goods or services you receive related to the value of persona data that we receive from you.

Authorized Agents

Authorized agents may also submit requests to us in the same way that individuals can submit requests. We may request that any authorized agents verify their identity, including by providing information about themselves, such as their name, email, phone number, and address. We may also contact consumers directly to confirm the authority of the authorized agent.

California Shine the Light Act

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of a company who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of Personal Information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding twelve (12) calendar months. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to:

Hom Network, Inc.
3521 Caribeth Drive
Encino, CA 91436
kampiyojp@gmail.com

California Invasion of Privacy Act

By using or accessing the Services, you hereby consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information consistent with this Privacy Policy, to the extent such information falls under any provision of the California Invasion of Privacy Act.

Additional Information for Residents of Other States

If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain Personal Information to third-parties who intend to license or sell that Personal Information. You can exercise this right by contacting us at kampiyojp@gmail.com with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with your name and the email address associated with your Personal Information.

Please note we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request. Once verified, we will maintain your request in the event our practices change.

We will respond to verified requests within sixty (60) days after we receive the request and may need to extend our response by up to thirty (30) days.

If you are a resident of a state in the United States not otherwise mentioned in this Privacy Policy, we shall use our best efforts to honor your request to either delete, restrict the use of your Personal Information and opt-out of the sharing of your Personal Information with third parties. If you have any questions about this section or whether any of the following applies to you, please contact us at kampiyojp@gmail.com.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through our platform or by other means. Please review this policy periodically for updates.
